Houston Astros catcher Yainer Diaz was scratched from Monday's lineup due to a left abdominal injury. Christian Vázquez replaced him on the roster for the game.
To fill the vacant roster spot, the Astros called up César Salazar from Triple-A Sugar Land ahead of their series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
